Alessandra Eddy, one of the stylish duo behind sleepwear label, Luna Atelier, is selling her Woollahra investment property.

The townhouse is in the Kew Place complex on Edgecliff Road.

The three-bedroom, three-bathroom property has been tenanted, most recently at a $1475-a-week asking rental.

Its master retreat has walk-in wardrobe and ensuite after architect Michael Suttor converted a spare bedroom. There is a private rear courtyard, plus double garaging.

Kew Place is 10 townhouses, the last sale being $2.56 million in February. Its peak price was $2.85 million in June last year.

Bradfield Cleary agents Mark Daley and Georgia Cleary, have the offering in conjunction with McGrath’s Will Manning.

There is a $2.3 million to $2.5 million price guide. Eddy, along with Laura Hannan, created Luna Atelier, known as The Tailored Sleepware.

Luna Atelier counts Kelly Rowland among its international devotees along with many Sydney clients.

Locally she’s better known as the daughter of the well-connected Paddington solicitor Nicholas Eddy.
