Celebrity manager John Fordham sells Paddington cottage

Celebrity agent John Fordham and wife Veronica have sold their longtime Paddington investment property for $2,065,000.
The couple, based in nearby Woollahra, paid $730,000 for the classic 1890s weatherboard cottage in 2002.
It sold through Ballard Property agents Sam Towndrow and Clint Ballard.
The double-fronted two-bedroom home had recently been a near $800-a-week rental.
The couple bought their current home, their much-admired Jersey Road terrace, for $1.95 million some two decades ago, moving from Gordon.
