Bowral's Bellbrook Park has been sold for the first time in over 15 years.

The private four hectare estate last traded for $775,000 in 2002.

The tennis court was built on the grounds a few years later.

This time around, the property sold in early July for $4.2 million

Guest accommodation adjoins the six bedroom home.

The first level master retreat comes with its own dressing room, spa ensuite and terrace.

There's a provincial-style hand painted kitchen and a number of alfresco settings with verdant surrounds.
