Harrow screenwriter Stephen Irwin sells Brisbane home

Screenwriter and producer Stephen Irwin and wife Sarah have sold their Brisbane home.

Irwin, whose writing and production work includes ABC's Harrow and the Netflix series Tidelands, secured $1.07 million for the Samford Village home in the Moreton Bay region.

The couple paid $1.07 million three years ago.

On the 8,160 square metre grounds is a late 1990s built four bedroom main residence, a separate two bedroom self-contained granny flat, and art studio and a swimming pool.

Coronis Arana Hills agents Tamika Kent and Sam Scott sold the home.

Irwin is also a novelist and is the author of supernatural thrillers The Dead Path which was named the Top Horror Title in the American Library Association's 2011 reading list.
