Knight Frank Tasmania agent Anne Boman has price expectations around $2 million.

Dawson Damer has been a permanent fixture in the Tasmania real estate market for over a decade.

In 2017, Dawson Damer spent $6.5 million on the 100 year old Sandy Bay mansion Sentosa.

Designed by Marco Linardi in 1917, Sentosa sits in 2,310 square metres of Paul Bangay-designed gardens on Blinking Billy Point.

It was the second time Dawson Damer had set the Tasmania house price record.

In 2011, he bought Waimea House, the Federation Arts and Crafts style residence, also in Sandy Bay, for $6.06 million.
