We are interested in purchasing a 2 or 3 bedroom unit. Budget: up to $1.5M
Would you please send me a few options of 2 and 3 bedrooms so that we can compare with the size and price lists?

I also have several questions:

1. When did they complete the project? (Phase 1, 2, etc)
2. How many units are there in total? How many units are on sale at the moment?

3. How much is it occupied so far? (e.g. 70% occupied/has a contract)

4. Do you consider a discount?

6. What type of residents are they? (e.g. Are they living there or renting it out as an investment?

Are they local Australians or investors from overseas? How about the family status? Are they young students, single workers, families with young kids, elderly downsizing?)

7. What are the occupations of the residents? (e.g. self-employed, employed, professionals, young students etc)

8. What are the most appealing aspects of this property? Where are popular units?
