Hi Allan, thank you for your interest in this project, I have sent you an email with the standard inclusions. We are starting construction August this year and estimated timeframe on the current stock is late 2021-early 2022. 3 bedrooms is unfortunately sold out in the current release, we will have more in the next release and I will keep you in the mailing list for that stock.
