Introducing Fourdrinier House: YarraBend's first release in an original building of the Alphington paper mill. This collection of 47 residences has been designed by acclaimed Technē Architecture + Interior Design, paying homage to the building’s industrial past.

Bold new drum forms and perforated metal screens, create contrast with the original red-brick façade, while inside it's all about industrial design – think exposed concrete ceilings, metal accents and brick tile feature walls.
