The approved development includes the construction of a 6-building mixed-use development.

Stages 1 and 2 include the construction of buildings that will include 236 apartments with the following configurations:

• 43 one bedroom apartments
• 145 two bedroom apartments
• 38 three bedroom apartments
• 10 four bedroom apartments.

The development will also include a 100-place child care centre and the entire development will have 13 commercial tenancies across 2600sqm.

Car parking for 512 vehicles will be located in 3 basement levels and there will also be space for 110 bikes and 14 motorbikes.
