4 Ballarat Street, Brunswick

Our project at 4 Ballarat Street is a stones throw from Brunswick's Sydney Road. It is on the lands of the Wurundjeri Woi-Wurrung peoples of the Kulin Nation. In a rapidly evolving suburb, we are building well-designed apartments so you can live in one of Melbourne’s most socially, culturally and creatively diverse neighbourhoods. Connection to place was important for us — we retained the heritage-listed facade of the warehouse designed in 1955 for Yakka Overalls.
