According to the Victorian School Building Authority, also opening in time for January 2022 is the new Gilgai Plains Primary School.
There are several Donnybrook estates in the area
The Donnybrook-Woodstock precinct structure plan is estimated to cater for up to 47,000 residents once all homes are built.
Olivine by Mirvac and Kinbrook Estate by Moremac are some of the estates that are being actively developed in the area.

Donnybrook entertainment
Established in 1863, the Donnybrook Hotel and is touted as one of Melbourne’s pre-eminent outer northern pubs.
The pub sits next door to Donnybrook station and has a function room for up to 100 people.
Located in Whittlesea, Funfields theme and water park is an easy 15 minute drive from your new home in Donnybrook.

The Outer Metropolitan Ring Road is a long-term road project whose corridor reservation acts as the Donnybrook-Woodstock northern and eastern boundary.
