I think reading and writing are very close. I read English classic novels and try to improve my writing skills with them. From the latter, I ended up reading Jane Eyre's book and wrote an essay on this book, you can read an example here https://studydriver.com/jane-eyre/. I also read examples of other works to understand my mistakes. The more you read, the more you can learn from the style of famous writers, this is very effective.
