At 254m to the roof, Prima/Pearl will be the second tallest (to roof) in Melbourne when completed.

Interesting that Southbank will end up with both the tallest building, that being Eureka and the second tallest, Prima/Pearl.

Wonder how long to go before Southbank has the highest population density in Australia as well?
