Odd, this one. I peered in the small sales office, next to Platinum, today, and there wasn't a model, not even a render. Instead, the walls were covered in photos of other Salvo projects. Early days, presumably.

They've begun demo on the rear of the Palladium site.
Palladium's billboard was coming down today.
