Your last pic Mark is the best I've seen of Aus 108 so far.

Nicely done to the one apartment who changed their mesh to a glass balustrade on The Guild

How the hell are they even allowed to do that?! I'm staggered by what building management will allow people to do these days. When you buy into a development like that you buy into it - architectural integrity and all. The arrogance to think you can fundamentally change the design of the overall building like that! I'm in a fight with the building manager where I live at the moment about an apartment on the top floor that has decided to complete wrap itself in tin-foil. It looks ridiculous..........

In regards to Guild, one of my personal favourite buildings in the area, the glass balcony was there since the buulding was built; not sure wether that was part of original design, but I assume it was since it does add that quirky detail and it is rather noticable as a design feature!
I always noticed it, so I think it was an original design, and I love it!

Look at the respect Aus 108 has shown for the side of Wrap it is up against.
Look at the respect that CE pile of shite has shown to it's side of Wrap. Says it all, really......:-/

If I could campaign to stop all future development of anything built by CE I would do it. The Spencer end of Latrobe / Lonsdale is in the process of being irreparably ruined. It's so sad to see.

Wow that overhead shot clearly shows the size off the outrigger walls - that massive !!!

No wonder it’s taken them a while to get past these service levels ...

Great stuff as always Ryan welll done ...

Is that the last section in regards to outrigger walls or there are more of those walls further up; sorry if I missed anything about this info in the previous conversations about those walls!

November 30, 2017 contractors for Australia 108, Multiplex, tested the band lighting on the structure. The spandrel panels highlight the wavy façade of the iconic building!

Now that they've dealt with the complexities of Level 42/43, the core is steaming ahead. Ryan's beautiful shots on 19/3 showed 45.

The Australia 108 Stage 1 (Level 14-30) is going to settle in June this year. If anyone would like to purchase in this project, it is the best time to act. I have one bedroom apartment purchased back to Nov 2014, with the VIP internal price. North facing, 50sqm for only $452,000. Now it is for nomination sale, which means you can save huge amount of stamp duty. If you are interested, please contact me at [email protected]

Compare to the Grand Opening price in Feb 2015, mine VIP internal price was significantly lower.
