Seems weird considering it's unlikely to be approved.

Seems normal since it already has approval.

I meant the amended height.

Your comment is what's weird since the premier tower consortium just recently did the same thing. Approved at a certain height with an amendment lodged with a good chance of going higher.

The height increase went to MCC last week (or the week before) and was rejected based on plot ratio etc.

The Minister is likely to take that into account.

That promo render posted by Ryan looks mights tall. Anyways I think it may get approved at the extended height...just a guess

Full marketing when MCC has recommended their height increase be refused with Wynne having the final say...

They're certainly brave.

Palm trees on 5m wide podium facing south and overlooking kingsway? That's optimistic. And yes when a the large site to the east is developed, this will seem piddly, and the flats on the east side will prob be mostly looking at more flats - though unlike some others, they actually address the corners, and theres a 7m setback on that side. But what happens if crown wants to build something on top of their conference centre across a 10m lane with no setback?? As usual, allowing properly for possible future development hasn't happened.

Height increase has been approved according to the AFR.

Can't access/post article as it's pay walled.

Wow that's not much at all given how long it's been at marketing.

Things must be really slowing down.

It's not exactly in the most desirable location, will definitely take a bit longer to sell than others.

Or they're focusing on the local buyer and not selling so many o/s?
