I sense a hint of sarcasm there... A good example of what not to do when designing and building medium density housing. Yikes!

Hi,

I was wondering if someone is able to help me. I am about to settle my apt at ILK. The developer has
issued the Occupancy permit (Partially) last week for all apts up to level 21. My apt is at level 9.

My dilemma is that my lender won't issue the unconditional mortgage paperwork with partial permit. The lender demands the Full permit
which we all know will not happen for next 6 weeks (at least). The settlement is already called in which is next week.

Has anyone settle his/her property with partial permit? Should I find another lender?

Also can I still apply FHOG with partial permit via agency/lender?

Thanks

Hi SY1975 - unfortunately no-one can advise you on many of those things for reasons pertaining to:
- we (UM / Alamar AV) don't have a financial license
- no user on here can provide financial/legal advice in our public forum.

Have you engaged with any professionals - conveyancers / solicitors etc in the past? I can only advise that you should speak with them.

Cheers.

Hi

Thanks for your advise. I do have a solicitor.
I am curios if anyone has settled in the past with partial occupancy permit.

I am arguing with the lender today and hopefully I can change their mind.
Meanwhile I will see another lender as 2nd option

Wish me luck

cheers
