720 Bourke Street is a mixed use development located at the corner of Bourke Street and Wurundjeri Way, Docklands.

Anchored by major tenants Medibank Private, the development will comprise of 46,500sqm of PCA A-Grade office space over 16 levels; 2,000sqm of retail / Medibank “special spaces” spread over the concourse and park levels; and 70 car parking spaces.

Looking good. Went to the footy last night and walking through the two towers to gate 3 at etihad is great. The retail offerings at the base of nab are almost finished as well and will definitely attract substantial patronage before and after games.

I'm not a huge fan of the random glazing treatment on NAB but it's a great development anyway.
