ok deserving of its own thread

better than a rumour, but rumour until announced. ANZ has leased the office building facing Collins Street, approx 20000sqm for call centre etc. Both buildings should kick off simultaneously

waiting for media releases, one hopes we're on the money...hehehe

^ya put two and two together and bingo...?? Let's wait and see shall we :-) interesting that ANZ are looking for more space so soon after the completion of their head office in Bourke Street.

Lots of other projects I'd rather see kick started by ANZ's 20,000sqm before this mutt, but it does seem like one of the most likely candidates. Fills another hole I spose...

I'm looking forward to this building going up. It will at least get rid of that decking and make something usuable out of it.

The design seems to have undergone many changes in its time but the latest renders look promising.

so the completion date for anz tender is early 2015. at this rate no development will be able to snare the pre-commitment and build in time. collins street building has seemingly missed the boat

^^ Last I heard, ANZ seems to want to keep its call centre at its current Kings Way building. That may well change, but that was the talk there.

Can only hope someone signs up to this building so that we can see a completed SXS site.
