MY PEOPLE!!!! This is a tasteful and elegant tower, it much more better than the messes we have approved of in our city. Good fucking riddance to the slum on its original site, Good bye! Let us hope our tasteless government doesn't interfere and force changes to the render, let us just hope. But well done to the architects!!!!!

This is a wonderful outcome, even at the reduced height it's better than a ton of the garbage dumped here lately.

Second render is interesting.

Neighboring Neo is 128m - Premier appears to be exactly double that so either that's a poor render or perhaps we could be getting the 250m version after all?

I'm still not completely convinced it will remain at 216m. Time will tell though I suppose, I'm just happy this design is going ahead...
I wouldn't read too much into the render though, when Empire was at sales the renders made it look way over 200m when really it was only 181m.

That plan is dated 04.06.2015.

Looks like they are still going for the 78 level version.

What the hell is going on here?

Maybe Nick's theory was right about Wynne saying one thing in public while quietly letting the developer go higher behind the scenes!

Still doesn't explain though why there was no condition re OLS in the permit as well as the fact some loud mouth in council like Stephen Mayne hasn't picked up on it yet.

Maybe from 227 to 245, that would be nice, for these building that have great architecture should be given a place to shine.

Level 76 is exclusive to residents living with levels 48 to 75 and includes a library, Premier Club, private dining rooms, kitchen, karaoke, billiard table and theatre room.

So presumably Level 77 & 78 is the plant level & roof LMR level you can see in that 'Launching Soon' render up top of this page .. ?
