Nice tower, big for this location, stuff like this used to be unprecedented for this part of town... not any more. This is directly behind the welsh church so hopefully the south side of the tower and especially the podium are decent. Site is currently occupied by a single level warehouse that is currently used for parking.

Shades of Prima Tower in the way the floor plates transition from deflecting inwards to outwards.

Looks fantastic! Could easily fit into Southbank. A new design direction for Elenberg Fraser it appears.

Observe. Design. Build. Live.

surprise WOW!!

This area of the city is definitely going gangbusters at the moment.

Design can be described as a Prima sibling with a definite new direction in style from Elenberg Fraser.

I think we are incredibly spoilt here at the moment with EF, FK, BS, McBride Charles Ryan and Rothelowman to name just a few. There appears to be a real attempt to design and sculpt which must be difficult given restrictions on cost in this country. It looks like another interesting and quality design. Well done

Who needs "stararchitects" when we have our own home grown architects..

top of lift overrun RL 219.67

ground at lowest point RL 17 at a'beckett st or RL 18 at high point

202.67m or do we measure to top roof at 212.67 giving 195.67m?

Take the RL at the lowest entry point to the building and subtract it from the RL to the top of lift OR.

They are definitely fitting out 127 A'beckett street as a display suite (unless the site workers are getting a fully furnished kitchen and living area as a lunch room :-) but there is no signage so it could be for another development?
