Is this off the table now that Tower Melbourne has a permit ?? I see it got a permit in 2008, mustve lapsed ??
OK I see that its permit was extended and 'due to expire on 11 September 2013.' So if not renewed again, then they'll have to start again, with a 5m setback from all boundaries - not to mention the horrible closeness of Tower Melbourne (1.5m !!). And whatever happened with the issue over penfold lane which 160 Queen actually owns ??
