the Flinders st side looks fantastic really good addition there. Just a massive shame they didn't bother trying to retain the iconic ACDC lane side, and now leave Cherry Bar open to noise complaints and the lane in general sterilised.
This week the developer of 108 Flinders St (Riverlee) was caught out advertising their own held back apartments for lease via a Melbourne real estate agency prior to registration of the strata plan or certificate of occupation.
Therefor placing investors at a distinct disadvantage.
When challenged on the legality and ethics of such a move Sales & Marketing director of Riverlee Kristine Lee backed down and ceased open inspections via the agency.
NB: Purchasers and their agents are not able to gain access to the building to show prospective tenants until after settlement.

One of the best integrated projects I've seen.
If only someone could demolish the Adina Hotel
nearby, we would then have a nice strip along that part of Flinders Street.

fanastic front, real shame about the out of context ACDC lane flashy tacky facades, At least Cherry bar have raised enough money to soundproof
