The sign says "Move in end of 2013". They'd wanna get cracking!

The construction method being utilised with this project is unitised building. More than feasible to finish by the end of the year. An apartment project at 3 Bosisto St in Richmond was built in 11 days (!!!) after foundations were laid and services connected. Astonishing

Observe. Design. Build. Live.

^^ Compare the above with the shot I took a few years ago, whatever happened to the ACDC Lane sign?

^^ Yes, of course, the sign would be highly valued by fans all around the world.

Simple solution, the MCC should just have it painted on.enlightened

Wow this has gone up very quick in the past few months.
Estimated finish is actually mid 2014.
Construction commenced some 12 months later than was quoted to purchasers.
This was very disappointing for many owner occupiers including myself.

These should re-sale or lease very well due to the location and interior finish.

I have a 2/2/2 in this building dead centre on flinders street looking down the yarra on one of the upper levels. Looking to nominate at the purchase price ($860k), which I'm told should retain stamp duty benefits. Let me know if you or someone you know may be interested.
