The construction method being utilised with this project is unitised building. More than feasible to finish by the end of the year. An apartment project at 3 Bosisto St in Richmond was built in 11 days (!!!) after foundations were laid and services connected. Astonishing

Wow this has gone up very quick in the past few months.
Estimated finish is actually mid 2014.
Construction commenced some 12 months later than was quoted to purchasers.
This was very disappointing for many owner occupiers including myself.
These should re-sale or lease very well due to the location and interior finish.
