Melbourne market sentiment in significant anticipatory decline: REIV

Every month, the REIV surveys members on the current and future expectations of the performance of the market.

The questions asked include member opinions on the number of enquiries, settlements, listings, transactions, and sale/lease prices. This information provides insight on the sentiment within the real estate industry.

The REIV Property Market Sentiment Index experienced a significant decline of 6.4% to 117 in September, down from 125 in the previous month.
