Woolworths Burleigh Heads sold for $7.31 million

The Woolworths supermarket in Burleigh Heads on Queensland's Gold Coast has been sold for $7,315,000 on a yield of 5.4%.

It was offered through Burgess Rawson aucton by Karin Gordon, the wife of former Gold Coast developer Tim Gordon.

It was bought by a Melbourne-based private investor with the underbidder from Sydney.
