West Hobart scores 25 percent housing median price growth: Investar
West Hobart has notched up the highest median housing price increase in Hobart, according to Investar’s latest report.
The property investment report says that in the past year West Hobart’s median unit price rose by 25 percent.
This is followed by Howrah with 20 percent and Sandy Bay with 18 percent.

Similarly a four bedroom house at 48 Lower Jordan Hill Road, West Hobart (below) was sold in March this year for $650,000.
