West Footscray secures 5.8% annual growth in Melbourne's cheapest weekend sale

Melbourne's cheapest weekend auction sale was a $188,000 one bedroom unit in West Footscray. More than $150,000 was being sought.

It last traded for $114,650 in 2007 reflecting an annual price appreciation of 5.81%.

The property is located seven kilometres west of the Melbourne CBD. 

The unit has a generously proportioned bedroom with an ensuite and laundry facilities. 

Chris Gotzilianis and Adam Welling of Village Real Estate were the selling agents of 7/13 Ormond Road which also comes with designated off-street parking for one.
