Warrawee holding leads top 10 sales of the week

A rare 10,000-square-metre Warrawee offering topped the auction sales across Australia this week.

It was marketed as one of the largest blocks on Sydney's upper north shore, sold for the first time in 50 years.

The vendors, the Diocese of Broken Bay, pocketed $5.5 million.

The property’s house comes with seven bedrooms and five bathrooms. 

It sold through by Peter Hilton at Hilton Real Estate.
