A Nunawading warehouse office was sold by CVA's Jarrod Moran and Stan Dawidowski on February 26, 2020.

Located just off Whitehorse Road’s ‘Golden Mile’, the Metropolitan Avenue property sold for $980,000 which far exceeded vendor expectations.

The four-week campaign attracted more than 65 enquiries with over 40 auction attendees and 7 bidders battling it out for this rare street fronting industrial facility.

The subject property comprises 283 sqm total floor area inclusive of 183 sqm high clearance warehouse with motorised roller door access, 100 sqm two level open plan air-conditioned office plus four allocated on site car spaces.

The warehouse last sold in 2016 for $750,000.
