A small industrial unit with office space in Sunshine Coast’s Caloundra has sold for $225,000, a touch below vendor expectations of $235,000 plus GST.
The warehouse at 2/159 Mark Road, Caloundra West, Qld 4551 is part of a complex of six in Caloundra West Industrial Estate.
It has a floor area of nearly 100 sqm plus 40 sqm of mezzanine space. The unit has a front office, kitchenette, onsite parking and other amenities.
It is close to Caloundra Road and CBD.
The selling agents were Alan Gary and Len Greedy of Ray White Commercial.
