Warehouse in Perth's Wangara sold for under $2m

A warehouse/office in Perth’s industrial suburb of Wangara has sold for $1,795,000.

Located at the western end of Berriman Drive in the Car Yard precinct, the property at 9B Berriman Drive, Wangara, WA 6065, has a land area of 2,100 sqm with a building area of 1,083 sqm.

The warehouse also has an additional mezzanine area and the office is on the ground floor. It has a kitchenette.

The selling agent was Chad Henville of Burgess Rawson.
