The rental yield for houses in regional Victoria, according to Residex. The median house rent is $315 per week, which is exactly the same as this time last year.

 


 

The rental yield for houses in regional South Australia, according to Residex. The median house rent is $255 per week, which is up 2% from this time last year.

 


 

The rental yield for houses in regional New South Wales, according to Residex. The median house rent is $360 per week, which is up 3.45% from this time last year.


The rental yield for houses in regional Tasmania, according to Residex. The median house rent is $270 per week, which is up 3.85% from this time last year.

 


 

The rental yield for houses in regional Queensland, according to Residex. The median house rent is $390 per week, which is up 4% from this time last year.

 


 

The rental yield for houses in regional Western Australia, according to Residex. The median house rent is $375 per week, which is 13.64% up on this time last year.
