Toyota Tsusho South Pacific lease South Brisbane office space

Toyota Tsusho South Pacific Holdings Pty Ltd has leased 1,000 square metres of office space in the CB1 building in South Brisbane.south-brisbane-sept-18-two

The CB1 building is owned by the ASX listed A-REIT Growthpoint Properties Australia and sits within the bigger $300 million SW1 mixed-use development.

The lease was struck on a 10-year term, at an annual rental of about $550 per square metre.

Peter Dodd and Alastair Dunlop of Savills negotiated the 104 Melbourne Street (pictured right) lease.

The Brisbane based company manages and supports Toyota distributors throughout the South Pacific region, namely in Papua New Guinea, Fiji, Vanuatu, Solomon Islands, Samoa, American Samoa and Tonga.
