Three childcare centres in Victoria to go under the hammer at Burgess Rawson auction

Three childcare centres in Victoria, all leased to ASX-listed G8 Education, are to go under the hammer separately at a Burgess Rawson portfolio auction on September 14 in Melbourne.

The centres are in Cranbourne (rent $89,187 per annum), Ocean Grove (rent $134,596 pa) and Tarneit ( rent $183,633). 

The current secure 10-year lease runs to 2024 with further options till 2054. The tenant pays all outgoings including land tax.

G8 Education Ltd is an early education provider with more than 450 centres across Australia.

There are annual rent reviews plus market reviews every five years.

The selling agents are Adam Thomas and Natalie Couper.
