A vacant possession industrial premises located at Thomastown, Victoria has been sold at auction.

The 568 sqm building at 82 Lipton Drive attracted over 30 enquiries. 

There were 19 bids taken between two bidders.

The property was purchased for $820,000 by an owner occupier, $70,000 above reserve.

This result equates to a building rate of $1,443.66/sqm and a land rate of $950.17/sqm for the 863sqm site.

Situated off Mahoneys Road, this location provides easy access to major roads and arterials including being under 3km from Hume Highway, 2.5km from the M80 Ring Road and its associated linkages to the Tullamarine Freeway, Hume Freeway and West Gate Freeway.

It was sold by Craig McKellar and Oliver Price of CVA.
