The Mezzaluna premises at 123 Victoria Street Potts Point for lease by Polese family

 The  Mezzaluna Potts Point building has been listed for lease through Metro Commercial.

 Seating 120 diners, its a three level building at 123 Victoria Street.

In 1999 Mezzaluna was being run by Marc Polese who opened the restaurant in 1992.

His father Beppi had at that time been running a restaurant in Sydney for 43 years.

Beppi Polese opened Beppi's restaurant in East Sydney in 1956, married Norma in 1958, and Marc was born in 1961.

The family's second restaurant was the old Butler's restaurant on Victoria Street which was vacant.

It is now vacant with around $4000 a week being sought through Allan Levy at Metro Commercial.
