The inner ring apartment debate: Inner Perth leads the neighbouring suburbs

Inner Perth, Brisbane and Adelaide apartments were much better performers than their middle and outer ring rivals, according to RP Data analysis provided to realestate.com.au.

In Sydney, middle ring units have the best performance over five years, with the inner 10 kilometre sales ranked second.

In Melbourne inner and middle suburbs were a dead heat in second place as its outer ring the top performer.
