The iconic Turn In Motel, Warrnambool sold

The iconic Turn In Motel, the first motel built in Warrnambool during the late 1950s, has been sold for $613,000.

The 15 unit motel rooms all had kitchens.

It had been listed at $629,000 through Wilson Real Estate.

The Verdon Street premises last sold at $290,000 in 1998. 

The two star $80 a head motel was featured in the south west Victorian Bluestone website magazine. 

There are around 60 hotels in the town.
