A KFC restaurant outlet on Ocean Parade at the entrance recently sold for $3,925,000 through Burgess Rawson agents Darren Beehag and Dean Venturato.

The store has operated in the same location for over 45 years. 

The modern building has a drive thru and on-site parking.

Marketed with a 10 year lease from August 2008, the property sits on strategic 1,069 sqm land with 60 m corner frontage.

The area has seen a growth in population, boosted by new high-rise residential developments.

It was sold with a $197,080 pa net income, marketed as having an unrivalled location, with limited nearby competition.
