The Block Sky High gets strata approval

It's not something that Scottie or Keith are likely to rave about, but Property Observer spotted that the The Block Sky High has received its formal strata approval.

The paperwork (pictured) shows the floor layout and unit entitlement at 142 Park Street. Interestingly all units have the same allocation on the strata, so there are no clues as to the actual differences in values that one would think would occur in real life appraisals especially when it came to the highest apartment penthouse.

Other legalistic issues are contained within - all that potential buyers and their solicitors will no doubt be casting an eye over before the July 27 auction.
