Tasmania continues to see strong results in its prestige property market.

Villa Howden, just off the shore of North-West Bay, is the latest sale achieving $4.45 million.

Set on nearly two hectares, the former wedding venue has eight ensuited bedrooms, most with Juliet balconies.

The chateau-like home even comes with a grand dining room capable of seating up to 80 guests.

Unique Estate’s Australia agents Nicolette Van Wijngaarden and Dominic Romeo sold the home.
