Sydney's Martin Place hotel, Verandah, sold

Sydney's Verandah hotel in Martin Place has been sold for over $9 million.

The hotel is at 60 Castlereagh St and fronts both Castlereagh and Elizabeth Sts.

It sold through Andrew Jolliffe of Ray White's Asia Pacific Hotels. 

 He is also selling on behalf of the same vendors John Singleton, Geoff Dixon and Mark Carnegie of The Australian Pub Fund (APF), the Marlborough Hotel in Newtown and Kinselas in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.
