Sydney remains the fastest selling capital city as Canberra narrows the gap: APM heat chart

Just Sydney, Adelaide and Canberra notched up a quickening  of pace sales in July, according to Australian Property Monitors.

Sydney remains the fastest selling  capital city at 73 days, with Canberra narrowing the gap at 78 days. 

Brisbane and Adelaide swapped places for the slowest selling capital city.
