Albert Bertini's Yarramalong Valley retreat has been listed for sale.

Rosehill Estate is marketed as a corporate retreat,  farm stay or even sales conference prospect with multi-income opportunities.

It's nestled in the heart of the valley about one hour north of Sydney.

Surrounded by forest and with frontage to the Wyong river, it comes with four separate accommodation pavillions.

There's multiple swimming pools and a giant waterslide, plus tennis court, a nine-hole golf course, gymnasium and entertainment club with bar and billards room.

It's been listed by Scott Wall and Paul Burnham from Coustwide First National.

No price indicated has been offered to Property Observer, although the valley talk is $3.5 million plus.
