A retail investment in Sydney CBD has been listed for sale through Savills. 

The property at 265 Castlereagh Street is currently leased to an established café operator with new six year lease until 2025 with 4% annual increases.

The 74 square metre space includes a fully fitted commercial kitchen and cool room.

It has been listed by Andy Hu and Jordan Lee from Savills Sydney CBD. 

The property is within close proximity to World Square, Downing Centre, Museum, Town Hall Station and the new Pitt Street Metro Station
