The Pacific Royale, Surfers Paradise has been listed for sale as a development site.

The Gold Coast whole block offering is listed through Colliers International agents Darrell Irwin and Geoff Lamb.

Tenders closed yesterday, 28 April, for the 44 apartments over 14 levels.

It is a 2,251 square metre site at 7 Northcliffe Terrace on Maxwell Avenue corner.

Surfers Royale Limited owns and operates the Surfers Royale timeshare resort.

The operational management of the company is contracted to Surfers Royale Management Pty Limited, who sub-contracts to Classic Leisure Pty Limited.

The names of the directors have been Anthony Wilson, Frankie Bonomo and Carole Smith, who has over 25 years experience in the timeshare and tourism industry. 

The result from operations was a profit after tax for the year ended 30 June 2014 of $262,875 (2013: loss of 206,941).
