Surface coatings service provider Wethpark Holdings has sold an industrial property in Sydney's Smithfield for $1.56 million.

The 2,595 sqm corner site at 1 Hume Road is fully fenced with electric fences and comprises freestanding offices and amenities, as well as five ongrade roller shutter doors and six loading docks.

CBRE’s John Micallef and Elijah Shakir negotiated the sale on behalf of Wethpark Holdings to a private buyer.

It was previously used as a transport yard and the site's current setup is ideal for yard users, according to the agents.

It recently received development approval for a new warehouse/office construction.
