Stylist Lynn Malone secures tops floor Potts Point sale

Lynn Malone, director of LynnMalone design, and partner Donna Eiby, CEO of Bid Management International, have sold their Potts Point apartment.

Title Tattle gathers the Orwell Street unit sold for $1,235,000 pre-auction.

It was bought for $675,000 as an incomplete shell in 2008 in the block of seven.

The one-bedroom designer 129 square metre unit has direct lift access to a Carrara marble entry, city views and two terraces.

The kitchen has stone benchtops, three Smeg ovens and warming drawers.

It comes with Malone's signature fireplace inclusion. 

It was listed through Jason Boon and Geoff Cox of Richardson & Wrench.

The $1,235,000 sale price apparently did not include the car space in Springfield which sold for about $70,000.
