League legend Steve Mortimer has his Rushcutters Bay investment property listed with plans to put the profits into his shuffleboard business.

The 2/84-90 McLachlan Ave McLachlan Cafe premises are leased with a net income of $56,600 per annum.

The former Bulldogs bought the ground floor property in 2010 for $760,000.

About $900,000 is tipped.

Shuffleboard is similar to lawn bowls but played indoors on a board that is at hip height.
